JUNIOR REPRESENTATIVE TOUCH

Please carefully read the below information to ensure you are across all important information regarding our 2026 Junior Mustangs Program.

About

Junior Mustangs is BMTA's junior representative program for both boys and girls in U10s, U12s, U14s, U16s and U18s.

Junior Mustangs is a representative level program and therefore players must be able to commit to our multiple month long training and development program by attending weekly team training sessions and three lead-in carnivals which is crucial in ensuring success. Our Mustangs are coached by a fantastic coaching team and are given the opportunity to develop their fitness, individual skills, and team skills.

Junior Mustangs prepares our players to attend Junior State Cup where they will play against affiliates from all across Queensland over three days. In 2026, Junior State Cup is being held in Redland's from July 9-11.

Our Junior Mustangs Program aims to provide all players with a positive experience and environment that is about participation, fun, learning, and making friends and memories that will create a lifelong love of touch football. We wish for our junior players to come back again and again, regardless of the level at which they play.

If you have any questions about BMTA's Junior Mustangs Program please email programs@bmta.com.au or call 0487 004 183.
