Administration Officer

Casual: 15 hours/week

The Administration Officer plays an important role in ensuring smooth business operations of BMTA through coordination of office administration, maintenance of Blue Card policies, fulfilment of sponsorship requirements and the ordering of any canteen or merchandise supplies. They also play a vital support role to the Competition Coordinator on competition nights in the event that something comes up unexpectedly.

Competitions Coordinator (Fridays)

Casual: Friday nights

The Competition Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth and professional operation of BMTA competitions. While competitions are running, they are responsible for all aspects of competition delivery and for many players will be the only staff member they will see and become familiar with. As such it is very important that they are customer focussed, friendly and aware of our relationships with the teams (external) and other staff (internal) ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery.
