As of 22/4/2024, notice has been given of the Annual General Meeting of the Brisbane Metropolitan Touch Association (BMTA), full details are below:

Date: Tuesday May 21st, 2024
Venue: Brisbane Metropolitan Touch Association, Whites Hill Reserve, Boundary Road, Camp Hill Qld 4152.

Time: 6:00pm
 

All Team Delegates are requested to notify their team members of this opportunity to participate as a valued member of the Association. In accordance with the BMTA Constitution, the Team Delegate or their proxy or attorney shall be entitled to vote at the meeting.

Eligible members are invited to nominate for BMTA Board of Management positions, per the BMTA Constitution, Nomination forms must be emailed to manager@bmta.com.au before Tuesday May 7th, 2024.
 

Nominations for BMTA Life Membership must be emailed to manager@bmta.com.au before Tuesday May 7th, 2024.

Copies of the Constitution, Annual Report and Financial Statements will be available on the BMTA website or from the office, 7 days prior to the meeting, for all members upon request. Nomination and Proxy Voting forms are also available on the website or be available upon request from the office.
