ALL ABILITIES PROGRAM
In conjunction with Touch Football Australia and Touch Football Specialised (TFS), BMTA runs an All Abilities Program with the aim to introduce EVERYONE to the joy of movement through the sport of touch football. The program is designed to cater for people with intellectual or physical disabilities who want to get active on a Monday evening. Qualified coaches will have athletes participate in a series of rotational skill-based activities designed to develop their ability in the core areas of the sport. Coaches will be able to modify the program for All Abilities with the goal to play full games of touch football at the end of the 6 week program.

Cost:
$60 - this includes all 6 sessions (Participants who require additional support to access the program will require a carer (team mate) with
them to support at no additional charge.

METRO CUP ALL ABILITIES
The All Abilities team will be an inclusive environment with individuals who have a diagnosed intellectual disability playing alongside family, friends and/or community members as teammates.
The All Abilities team participant within the BMTA Metro Cup in the TFS division and play modified rules created by Touch Football Australia.
The BMTA Metro Cup is played on Friday night in August (dates TBC) at Brisbane Metropolitan Touch Association, located at Whites Hill Reserve, Boundary Rd, Camp Hill.
The All Abilities team will be a mixture of:

TFS Athletes – Individuals with a diagnosed intellectual disability

Team members – No diagnoses required, open to EVERYONE. If you are interested in being part of the team as an athlete, teammate, coach or manager please register your interest with a Club.
Registration fees will be subject to player numbers and will be finalised at the Come and Try evening.
